I've not read the Tibetan Book of the Dead. I don't need too now that I've read your excellent synopsis. As an old man, I've been living by the same tenets espoused in the book, I just didn't know it.

Although I'm not a Buddhist, living in a SE Asian culture for 30 years has taught me a few things, all of which coincide with your summary. Kindness, compassion and empathy have been my tenets for both The-Spirit-of-Humanity.org and The-Idea-Man.org, these are my 2 nonprofit organizations.

Look forward to reading more from you Domino Cat.

Dirt poor or filthy rich makes little difference. Kindness, Compassion and Empathy to others is what matters. https://the-idea-man.org
